This Privacy Policy explains how Pocket Coach LLC, operator of Pocket Coach Studio, collects, uses, stores, shares, protects, and deletes information when you use our website, web app, and related services.
This policy applies to Pocket Coach Studio, any public sales funnels or Link Hubs built with it, and related pages that link to this policy.
Pocket Coach Studio is operated by Pocket Coach LLC, a company based in the United States.
We may collect account information, contact information, uploaded content, funnel and Link Hub activity, lead information submitted by visitors, anonymous session data, technical data, and payment status.
We use information to create and manage accounts, build and host funnels and Link Hubs, collect and display leads, process subscriptions, send account and marketing messages, run analytics, improve the product, and enforce our rules.
We may share information with your own members and leads (the content and answers they submitted), service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, and AI providers, payment processors, legal authorities when required, and other providers needed to operate the service.
We use cookies and similar technologies for sessions, analytics, and security. See our Cookie Policy for details on what we set and how to control them.
We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Lead and analytics data is retained for the life of your account unless you delete it. Anonymous session data may be aggregated and retained longer.
Pocket Coach Studio does not currently offer self-service account deletion in the app. To request deletion of your account or your data, contact us at app@pocketcoachcommunity.com. We will review and act on each request individually. Some information may be retained where retention is required for legal, security, or compliance reasons.
If you connect your own Google account for Google Calendar syncing or Google Sheets contact sync, Pocket Coach Studio holds related data, such as records of your synced bookings and contacts imported from your spreadsheet. To request deletion of Google-derived data held in Pocket Coach Studio, email us at app@pocketcoachcommunity.com. Please specify which connected account (for example, Google Calendar or Google Sheets) and which data you are referring to so we can identify it. Do not include passwords or account tokens in your request. We do not need them to process it.
Disconnecting Google Calendar or Google Sheets removes the stored connector credentials for that connection through our platform (Base44). Disconnecting does not by itself erase data that already exists: calendar events already created in Google Calendar, rows already written to your spreadsheet, and bookings and contacts already held in Pocket Coach Studio remain in place. Calendar events and spreadsheet rows are managed directly in your own Google account, and Studio-held records can be requested for deletion by email as described above.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below.
